Wusthof Gourmet 3″ Serrated Paring Knife

The Gourmet 3″ Paring Knife by Wusthof is an ideal knife for trimming, slicing and peeling small produce and herbs. Its tapered tip makes it easy to control in small spaces and the hollow edge with evenly spaced vertical indentations keeps the food from clinging to the blade while slicing.

Each knife in the Gourmet series by Wusthof-Trident is precisely cut from a single piece of high-quality, high-carbon steel with the latest state of the art laser technology. The steel used in this line is the same as that in the renowned Wusthof Classic and Classic Ikon forged series. The Gourmet line also features a new handle design made of a highly durable synthetic material • Polyoxymethylene (POM) • which has a tighter molecular structure to resist fading and discoloration.

Engraving: Up to 6 characters can be custom laser engraved onto the blade of the Gourmet 3″ Paring Knife.
