The Wusthof Easy Edge Sharpener is a premium belt-driven knife sharpener custom designed for Wusthof Precision Edge knives (and all other European blades), and made for the home chef. This innovative knife sharpener is as close to getting your knives professionally sharpened as you can get, but is very simple to use.

The Easy Edge uses flexible grinding belt technology with a simple one-touch control guide and integrated blade guides to eliminate guess-work. This sharpener features three speeds, an internal vacuum system to collect metallic debris, and an intelligent timing system to ensure optimal sharpening. The included three belts (P120, X30 and X4) provide the correct grit for each sharpening task.

The Easy Edge Sharpener brings both straight and serrated blades back to factory-sharp condition.
