Just turn the ring at the base of the mill and select one of the positions, each one corresponds to a consistent grind size. You are assured the grind will be the perfect match for each dish. From coarsely ground pepper to the very fine, u’Select offers 6 pre-set levels of grind.

Which Pepper Is Best in a Peugeot Pepper Mill?
For best results, use peppercorns with a maximum diameter of 6 mm (0.2-inches) or less in your Peugeot mill. The mill is designed to grind black, white, or dry green peppercorns and pink berries (blended with a maximum of 15% pink), as well as dried coriander.
