The Microplane Spice Mill grinds whole nutmeg and cinnamon sticks effortlessly. The high quality, razor-sharp stainless steel grinding blades with 128 teeth make it easy to add the flavor and aroma of freshly-ground spices to your cooking without getting your fingers close to a grating blade.

The grind texture is easily customized by varying the pressure used when you twist the top of the mill. 

To load and use the mill, remove the plunger, place your spices in the base, replace the plunger, push down and twist clockwise.

This mill also includes an airtight compartment at the top for storing whole nutmeg and pieces of cinnamon sticks.

This Spice Mill disassembles easily for cleaning. (Hand washing recommended.)
