As with all Epicurean utensils and boards, this spreader is NSF (National Sanitary Foundation) Certified, as the nonporous surface is easy to clean and will not harbor bacteria. Unlike traditional wood and bamboo utensils, Epicurean wood fiber utensils are dishwasher safe.

Caring for Your Epicurean Spreader
Your Epicurean Spreader is a wood product. To prevent warping, avoid prolonged exposure to wet conditions, and store it upright until dry. Though it is stain-resistant, some foods may leave color over time. To remove stubborn stains, use a non-abrasive household cleaner.
