Stages 1 and 2 of the Trizor XV use 100% diamond abrasives to create a triple-bevel 15-degree edge, which stays razor-sharp longer than a traditional single hollow-ground, weaker edge. Stage 3 has a soft polymer for honing and polishing the blade’s edge, and can also be used to hone even serrated blades. Guide systems with flexible springs take all of the guesswork out of attaining the perfect angle.
